Our approach to AI

AI serves learning.Judgment stays human.

What counts is the result: what people can do at the end.

Learning at the centre

Judgment is built, it isn't downloaded

Someone who trusts AI blindly will never be able to guide it. Knowledge does not come in a straight line: it is picked up from experienced people, through reading and practice, and outside your own lane.

That is why learning stays at the centre of Loreeya, with AI at its service.

Three places around an AI

We train people to stay above it

Under

It does your job, and you are no longer needed.

Inside

You follow its instructions, without really knowing why.

Above

You see when it is wrong, and you are the one who decides.

In practice

What AI does, and what a person decides

AI helps us

  • Prepare and structure material
  • Refresh courses when technology changes
  • Transcribe what is said
  • Suggest review questions

A person decides

  • What is taught, and how
  • What reaches your people
  • The questions of the short tests
  • What counts as a result
Plainly

What we say up front

What is developed in Quebec?

The application under Loreeya, developed in Quebec, Canada, and hosted in Quebec. The AI models themselves come from outside providers.

Is generated content labelled?

Yes. When a voice or an avatar is generated by AI, we say so.

Are the people in your photos real?

The photos and videos on this site are generated by AI and the people are fictional, except for the founder's. The panel screens come from a demonstration environment, with fictional data.

Does AI make decisions about a person?

No. A person stays responsible for decisions about a person.
